When disasters and accidents strike, it is a race against time in order to provide intervention for damaged property. Letting the effects of a fire or a flood linger is detrimental to the sense of well-being of the people calling the structure home. The integrity of the structure itself may be compromised. Prolonged exposure to water warps wooden components and the carbon particulates from smoke can cause residual damage to the residence. There is also the toxic scent of the lingering smoke odor. Why wait and suffer these conditions when Titan Restoration is just a phone call away?

Learn about Morristown, AZ

Fifty miles outside of Phoenix at the fork of U.S. Route 60 and State Route 74 lies the town of Morristown, AZ. Morristown is home to 227 people; the town has a population density of 508 people per square mile. Morristown has been named after a locale in New Jersey. Currently, the city of Surprise is planning to annex the area. Several parchments of land in Route 60 are in the territories of Buckeye and Wickenburg.

Morristown was called Vulture Siding in correlation to Vulture Mine. When the mine stopped operating in 1897, townsfolk changed the name to Hot Springs Junction because Morristown served as a way-station for passengers heading to Castle Hot Springs. The town took on the name of its very first resident, George Morris, after a time.
